Off to Santa is an independent service and is not affiliated with The Lumistella Company or The Elf on the Shelf® brand.
1. Overview
Off to Santa allows users to upload an image and generate an AI-created video of a Scout Elf flying off to Santa.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use this service.
3. Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. All charges are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.
4. AI-Generated Content
Videos are generated using AI based on the screenshot you provide. Results may vary and minor imperfections are normal. If the video contains a major rendering issue, you may submit a claim for review. Approved claims receive a one-time retry code, valid for a single replacement video. Retry codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
5. User Responsibilities
By using this service, you confirm that:
- You own the screenshot you upload or have permission to use it.
- The screenshot does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- The image does not contain harmful, explicit, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to deny service for inappropriate uploads.
6. Storage & Availability
Generated videos may be stored temporarily. We do not guarantee permanent storage. Please download and save your video after it is delivered.
7. Service Interruptions
The service may be occasionally unavailable due to high demand, maintenance, or third-party outages. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or failed generations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Off to Santa is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, service failures, or issues caused by AI generation. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
